AIRCRAFT FITTER (SKILLED AND SEMI SKILLED) - FILTON SITE - 12 MONTH CONTRACT (POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION) - INSIDE IR3- BPSS CLEARANCE - £23.84 PER HOUR - FULLY ONSITE - ONE STAGE INTERVIEW PROCESS - MONDAY TO THURSDAYS - 35 HOURS A WEEK


Yolk Recruitment are hiring for a Aircraft Fitter (Skilled and Semi Skilled) to work along side the worlds largest Aircraft Manufacturer in the UK to join the team at the Filton site in Bristol.

You will be joining the team within the Build Production section to work on various Aircrafts.

What to expect as an Aircraft fitter day to day;

  • Complete tasks to the required standards
  • General tasks include the use of power tools for drilling, shimmering, and sealing
  • Work from engineering instructions and understand Aircraft drawings
  • Aerospace or Engineering Apprenticeship
- indenture and City & Guilds, Level2, BTEC ONC or Modern Apprenticeship/ Certificate in NVQ

  • Ability to work alone or part of a team
  • Knowledge and high regard for Health and Safety standards
  • An openness to continuous improvement
