Head of Data

Up to £150,000 per annum

Location - Leicester (attend office 2 days a week)

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a head of data at a large property development company.

The Company

This client is a property developer that acquires land and goes through the planning consent process, building the homes and carrying out the sales and marketing to sell those homes.

They built 70,000 homes last year ranging from £70,000 - £1,000,000. They are aiming to lead the way in data for their industry. They are currently going through an Azure migration.

Roles and Responsibilities

Champion data throughout the business and have data be at the heart of everything they do
Initially work for the CEO, doing FP&A. financial forecasting, financial reporting & modeling.
Bring different data projects to the wider business on a value basis.
Projects could entail looking at how do they price the land, and what are the expected sales from this? Marketing effectiveness how is their marketing performing?
