As we continue to grow and evolve, we are now seeking a Graphic Designer to join the team and lead creative output within the central marketing team.

Working initially as the sole creative, you will take the lead on significant strategic collateral to support various areas of the Bank to include;
Investor / Capital Markets Presentations
Internal Communications including signature pieces such as the staff magazine, and quarterly business updates
Product marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

Accurately understand creative briefs and ensure the visual design output meets both brand and the brief's objectives
Plan an effective calendar of output around the Financial Calendar and key events
Oversee all creative output across the group for consistency, quality and in accordance to brand guidelines
Manage agency output and all elements of the supply chain; Mailing House, printers, merchandisers
Manage the workflow and approval process for creative
Create and present new visual design concepts as required to stay relevant and engaging within the sector
Work effectively and collaboratively to meet deadlines while maintaining quality
Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in the development of their projects and campaigns
Ensure design projects meet milestones and budget
Keep up to date with latest visual design trends and how they can be leveraged for commercial benefit
Testing visual designs/ concepts across different media

What you will bring

You will have a background in in-house creative teams, with experience of producing a wide range of materials for a diverse audience, ideally within financial services or other regulated industries.

Essential skills:

Typography, photography and videography
Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo/ video editing software.
Exceptional creativity and innovation.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
