Senior Delivery Manager (Scrum Master) | Digital Transformation Specialist | London | Multi Million Pound Projects


What you'll be doing:


  • Facilitate and run the associated ceremonies, such as: Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Refinement and Retrospectives
  • Design and implement custom delivery approaches using agile methodologies
  • Implement agile delivery processes, align teams, clients and third parties
  • Facilitate continuous improvement plans
  • Coach teams to be selforganising, identify champions and establish roles and responsibilities
  • Measure and monitor team performance
  • Hold 121s with your team
  • Coach / develop / mentor your direct reports, within the community and beyond

Main Skills/ Requirements:


  • Experience using Jira and Confluence as a ScrumMaster
  • A passion for strategic and usercentred approaches to unpack problems and validate the solutions
  • Agile delivery management
  • Inside IR35
