We are currently working with a project management company, specialising in retail & commercial fitout nationwide.

Reporting into the Compliance Manager and working closely with the Health & Safety Manager, duties include but not limited to:

  • Producing Construction Phase Plans as per Client Pre-Construction information
  • Aiding in update and completing risk assessments for planned works
  • Collating H&S and O&M information at the end of a project
  • Assisting with obtaining or retaining accreditations
  • Producing H&S Newsletters / Bulletins
  • Ensuring the Audit Dashboard remains updated securing evidence from site teams that actions have been closed out
  • Keeping all health and safety data up to date
  • Assisting with internal audits for ISO purposes
  • Maintaining records of all safetyrelated issues within the organization and ensuring corrective measures are taken
  • Office risk assessments
  • Assisting with pulling together presentations for clients and tenders
  • Monitoring and improving social media performance (LinkedIn)
  • Basic administration duties as required to support the business
Full training will be provided, and the SHEQ team are very helpful and friendly but you will need these essentials:

  • Proficient on Microsoft packages with a creative skillset to produce engaging social media and internal communications
  • Basic H&S knowledge/previous experience
  • Able to ensure accuracy and attention to detail always
  • Highly selfmotivated with the ability to work under their own initiative
  • Excellent proven analytical skills, written communication skills, and judgement

Desirable:

  • Previous construction administration experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Leeds, LS12: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
