Reporting to the SHEQ Director, you will support the management of the Business Management System covering ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 and communicate changes to the system when required to the UK business.

This will also include technical SharePoint supportto the UK business representatives and induction on the BMS to new management employees.

You will be responsible for the Municipal audit programme and undertake internal audits in line with the programme as well as supporting the implementation of the International Sustainability Rating System (ISRS).

Where required you will also give support toother departments and colleagues in creation of new processes/procedures.

You'll manage all annual external ISO audits for the UK sites to ensure compliance and raise any resulting non-conformances, supporting the business in their completion and closure.

Your key responsibilities:

Supporting the management and administration of the Business Management System, ensuring that documents are updated and reissued as required and assisting with document amendments relating to the SHEQ department.
Support the implementation of ISRS within the UK contracts as part of the Specialities Division's wider implementation plan
Conducting site visits around the UK to perform internal audits and management of the internal audit programme.
Preparing and conducting the central UK annual management review in line with the requirements of the applicable ISO standards whilst supporting each UK contract in their review
Creation and communication of weekly and monthly business SHEQ reports
Working with the central teams to assist with the completion of partner questionnaires in relation to quality, CSR and environmental compliance

:

Fully conversant in ISO9001:2015 and experience in working with ISO14001 and/or ISO4500
Experience in issuing, following up and closing corrective actions
Trained lead auditor and can demonstrate on the job auditing experience
Experience in dealing with external auditors
Previous experience in a quality management position including process mapping experience
