Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Safeguarding/

Child Protection:

The Family Court Adviser will provide high-quality early safeguarding and child protection advice, assessments, and analysis to the Court.

They will ensure that the well-being and safety of the child remain paramount throughout the case, following relevant procedures and policies.


  • Quality: The Family Court Adviser will conduct advanced social worklevel case analysis, ensuring timely conclusions to proceedings and the best possible outcomes for children. They will comply with court orders, legislation, and relevant rules. They will stay updated on changes in legislation, policies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Being SWE registering
  • A minimum of three years postqualification experience in social work with children and families at risk.
