To welcome all customers to the company and act as their first point of contact in assisting them in the process of purchasing a vehicle, referring them to the finance and / or part exchange department as and when required.


Duties / Responsibilities

  • Meet and Greet customers with a presentable and professional attitude
  • Answering telephone calls with a positive attitude in a professional manner
  • Booking keys in / out on our intranet scheduler by completing the customer record f
- orm (CRF) correctly

  • Handing out keys to customers once the set qualifying questions have been asked
  • Refer customers to Business Managers for any finance related queries
  • Occasional price changes and site checks
  • Accompanying the customer on our test drive routes (if you have a full driving license)
  • Refer all customers who have decided to deal to a sales controller.
  • Explain the viewing and Cargiant sales process to customers whenever possible
  • Any ad hoc tasks as requested by Management and senior staff.
  • Follow sales manual scripts and set disciplines whilst engaging with customers.
  • Answering customer queries and overall creating a great impression for Cargiant
  • Book out keys to customers asking the set qualifying questions
  • Liaise with the sales management team to ensure a smooth process
  • Deal with all customer enquiries professionally
