Salary Range - £31,134 - £34,734
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to lead our fantastic IMPACT Team.

We are a street-based youth work provision working in communities and engaging young people in meaningful interventions.

We support young people to achieve positive outcomes and life opportunities whilst improving their emotional wellbeing and reducing the risk of anti-social behaviour across Leicestershire.

You will be responsible for inspiring, supporting and leading our IMPACT team in the effective delivery of detached youth work in communities, working with children and young people aged 10-18 years across Leicestershire.

You will be part of the wider service working alongside colleagues within The Children & Family Wellbeing Service and in partnership with a range of voluntary and community organisations.

You will be required to work 25 hours flexibly across the week which will include some evening work to enable you to support the team.
