Customer Service Team Lead

6 Months Contract Inside IR35

5 days onsite

£17 per hour to £22 Per hour (PAYE / Umbrella)


A well established consultancy firm is looking for a Customer Service Team Lead to join their customer service team on a 6 months contract.

As a Customer Service Team Lead you will have extensive experience of leading teams and driving customer success.

You will be reporting to the Customer Service Operations Manager and will coach and lead the team into achieving key KPIs.


Part of your role will be to give clear direction to the team and support them with any queries they may have or problems.

You will also assist the Contact Centre Operations Management team with the day to day effective running of the Contact Centre

Essential Skills



  • Previous contact centre experience
  • Project management / coaching / leading skills
  • Deadline with vulnerable customers
  • Previous experience as a customer service manager or leader
Role is based in newcastle - 5 days a week - shift pattern (08:00 to 22:00) - (Monday to Sunday) - 6 Months Contract £17 to £22 per hour
