School Admissions has a vacancy for the role of Team Leader.
The role will provide the day-to-day support to the school admission team and IT queries relating to the Synergy system that is currently used.
School admissions allocate on a two-week cycle, and you will be required as the team leader to oversee both the Transitions and In Year allocations along with the admission officers as determined in the annual arrangements.
There is a requirement to provide ongoing support and supervision to the team and to manage the website development and updates.
The work is fast paced and requires a positive approach to dealing with many enquiries, schools, and head teachers.The role of the team leader will ensure the smooth running of the process, have direct reports, whilst liaising with other teams.
