£35,000 - £38,000, OTE £60,000+

We have an opportunity for aCustomer Success Managerto join a rapidly developingTechnology business nearTwickenham and become a valuable part of the Customer Success team.

Based in their offices near Twickenham, you will beresponsible for working with customers via reseller partners to ensure product renewals and create growth within the existing customer base through new projects, additional technology solutions and buildingstrong relationships with clients.

AsCustomer Success Managerday-to-day your role will entail:

Ensure renewals are maintainedacrossthe customerbase
Create and identify expansion opportunities and new billable projects and technical solutions withincustomers
Present (and possibly demonstrate)potentialsolutions and servicestoclients
Resolve and manage account queries, issues and challenges for both customers and resellerpartners

To be consideredfor the role ofCustomer Success Manageryou will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Previous Account Management experience
Strong track record in sales, with the ability toachievetargets
Experience of reseller channel management
Have the ability to spot and maximizeopportunities
Good understanding ofIT network and systems

If successful you can expect a salary of£35,000- £38,000 depending on the experience you can offer, along withthe chance to earnand OTE of £60,000+and the chance to join a progressive and growing business with lots ofongoing training and development to helpyou progress your career and earning potential.
