HR Systems and Processes Coordinator - Boston, United Kingdom - Metsa Wood
Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Systems and Processes Coordinator to take an existing role and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to remove inefficiencies in current systems and procedures.
The Key Accountabilities for the role below describe current state of the role, with future state focussing on using the Workday HRIS system as the single point of truth for people data, and using Microsoft 365 products to automate processes and utilise workflows
We are looking for someone who will take pride and ownership in their work and who has the confidence to give competent first line advice and challenge where appropriate, whilst supporting Managers and Employees across the business.
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintenance of employee records across multiple systems and processes, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency
- Work with the team to continuously improve HR processes to be efficient fit for purpose and compliant with GDPR regulations
- Support the team with the ongoing implementation and integration of the HR Systems (Workday and Crown)
- Work on specific designated HR related projects
- Working closely with HR Manager to develop and deliver timely and accurate management information to the SLT as required
- Managing contract changes and change requests
- Processing starters and leavers as required.
- Provide HR support and act as the first point of contact for employees and managers
About you:
- A minimum 3+ years of experience working as an HR generalistAdministrator or Advisor
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards
- Proficient user of HR information systems (preferably Workday)
- Good knowledge of employment law with the desire to keep up to date with legislation
Competencies:
- Strong process mindset with an ability to anticipate and plan for the interaction between different systems and processes e.g. the impact of recruitment processes on the HR system data
- Able to handle queries effectively and efficiently
- Strong organisation skills
- Continuous improvement mindset with enthusiasm to identify and implement improvements
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to work independently with strong selfleadership skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with strong attention to detail
- Able to foster a positive relationship with the wider HR team and other colleagues, based on honesty and trust
