    Description

    Job Title: Mobile Engineer

    Location: Southeast London

    Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Mobile Engineer to join our team in Southeast London. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks across a portfolio of sites.

    • Perform Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPM) and reactive works on Mechanical and Electrical systems.
    • Carry out maintenance and repairs on Air Handling Units (AHU's) and Fan Coil Units (FCU's).
    • Update contract managers with relevant client or site information.
    • Provide further works reports where required.
    • Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and method statements and risk assessments are prepared and used as necessary.

    Requirements:

    • Strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and commercial maintenance practices.
    • Proven track record in mobile electrical or mechanical engineering.
    • Experience within Electrical and Mechanical maintenance.
