Description

100% remote OR Hybrid option. 1st line service desk support / technical support analyst (afternoon & evening work) required by this hugely successful global systems provider.


The Role:


  • Remote support to commercial clients

The Person:


  • Engaging and have excellent client handling abilities
  • Have good general IT skills, ideally gained through similar IT helpdesk support experience
(Otherwise proven customer service skills with a demonstrable ability to provide IT support).

  • The ability to work the below hours from home
(And be able to commute to Stevenage for the occasionally training day).


The hours:

Monday to Friday only, working a rotating shift system covering 1pm to 1.

30am:
typically 1pm-10pm / 3pm-midnight / 4.30pm-1.30am.


The location:

The role can be performed 100% remotely or, if in commuting range of Stevenage, in a hybrid fashion.


Summary:

Earnings £22,000 to £25,666 (comprises of basic salary with a shift allowance due to the hours). Benefits include 25 days holiday, pension, life insurance and health related. Services advertised by Dupen are those of an Agency.
