Salary:
Between £50,000 - £100,000 in your first year

Location:
Office-Based, West London

Hours:
Full-time, 9am - 6pm

Are you recently CeMAP qualified, or in the process of completing the qualification? Do you want to kickstart your mortgage advice experience and begin building a solid foundation for a successful career?

About The Role
This role is self-employed with full initial training, and ongoing weekly sessions.
You will be supported in your development and mentored by a Senior Mortgage Adviser.

You'll need to be able to support yourself financially for the first few months, butyou'll reap the rewards with large earning potential once you've begun to build a pipeline.

You will be provided with at least 10 quality leads per week, from a variety of reputable property-based introducers, including a number of large and prestigious estate agencies, which are often High Net Worth.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing mortgage advice to new and existing customers.
Dealing capability with a large volume of leads (provided) from prospective clients.
Supporting the client from initial enquiry through to completion, delivering excellent service.
Making use of significant opportunities to upsell and cross sell.
Always remaining compliant with FCA regulations.

About You

You will be either CeMAP qualified or in the process of gaining this qualification and will be hungry to become a successful and quality focused Mortgage Adviser.

You won't need to generate your own leads, as they are provided, the most important thingis that you're target driven and keen to thrive in your career as a Mortgage Adviser.

Ideally you will:

Have spectacular communication skills, both verbal and written.
Be able to present solutions to a wide and diverse client base.
Be driven to succeed, entrepreneurial, and an ambitious person ready to undertake the training.
Have quality organisational skills in order to manage your diary in a fastpaced environment.
