Our Client is seeking talented individuals to fill our exciting barista position, where you'll have the opportunity to showcase your coffee-making skills and provide excellent service to our valued customers.

With training provided, this is the perfect opportunity for coffee enthusiasts looking to kick-start their career in the vibrant world of Fairtrade coffee.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and attention to detail, including espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, and speciality drinks, ensuring consistent quality.
Greet customers warmly and take their orders, providing recommendations based on their preferences.
Operate coffeemaking equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness.
Maintain a clean and organised workstation, following health and safety guidelines.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately, providing customers with receipts when necessary.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Assist in the daily operations including restocking supplies and ingredients.
Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is desirable but not essential.
Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and improve your skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers of diverse backgrounds.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining highquality standards.
Flexibility to work weekends
