Simpson Judge are currently representing a fantastic Leading Law Firm in the Bury area who are looking for a Legal Secretary to join an established Team.

The Role includes:

Dealing with client queries in person and by telephone.
Audio typing via the digital dictation system.
Preparation of correspondence, court documents and invoices;
Filing, photocopying and opening/closing client files in a timely manner.
Maintaining and coordinating diaries and diary notes and reporting on these as necessary
Previous experience working in legal.
Worked with excellent client management and administration skills.
Previous Legal Secretary experience would be essential but not necessary as training can be provided.
