  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance
  • Provide guidance on HR best practices and compliance with employment laws
  • Experience in lead generation and relationship management
  • Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
