Would you like to join a small but fast-growing company in a role that will take you places? This completely new role will take you from Leeds to London and everywhere in between, giving you the opportunity to help us build the team you will be managing.

Mulready Associates builds long-term relationships with manufacturing, engineering and construction companies who invest in independent health & safety expertise.


As our Health and Safety Field Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our health and safety staff on client projects which will include everything from; site visits, completing paperwork, conducting audits, improving systems, covering staff leave and sickness, and maintaining our already robust client relationships.


What you need to bring to the role

  • NEBOSH or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in health and safety management; manufacturing and construction.
  • Full understanding of the latest legislation an regulations.
  • Strong people management and communication skills.
  • A willingness to travel nationwide (we currently have projects in various locations between London and Leeds)
  • A cando, get stuck in attitude to work.
  • The ability to be critical of processes and procedures and be able to implement change.
  • The capacity to adapt and be flexible in an ever changing and growing environment.
