Position:
Director of Sales


Role Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to boost revenue in key regions.
  • Build and maintain relations with agents, affiliates, educational institutions, and governmental bodies.
  • Work closely with international teams to enhance digital and social media presence tailored to regional preferences.
  • Represent inlingua Leeds at industry events and exhibitions to promote and sell our language courses.
  • Monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and provide strategic insights for adjustments.
  • Compile detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations for the Director's review.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to drive performance
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales collateral and campaigns
  • Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Proven track record in sales growth and account management in the education sector, particularly within the designated regions.
  • Proficiency in analytics, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory to cultivate client relationships and uncover new opportunities.
  • Outstanding communication skills with strengths in presenting proposals and ideas persuasively.

Pay:
From £31,000.00 per year
