Description

This role is responsible for working with other sales colleagues and other internal stakeholders to drive the adoption of KYC & Data Apps solutions, with the goal of improving the overall customer experience to help drive growth and customer loyalty, helping clients to realise value in our offering and achieve their desired outcomes.


  • Meet or exceed activity based KPIs which align with the company's vision and objectives
  • Work with sales colleagues and other internal stakeholders to drive product adoption and successfully enable end users
  • Onboard new clients, providing them with a clear and concise program to follow, ensuring they are proficient in the tool and familiar with the relevant processes to be successful with the solutions
  • Deliver on demand training sessions and workshops to clients with a clear strategy and objectives
  • Maintain and create training resources to be made available to end users
  • Analyse usage trends & behaviours to share insights with the broader Customer Success team
  • Lead 1:Many engagements by hosting webinars on best practices & introducing key features and modules, empowering customers and enabling them with helpful resources
  • Coordinate & host user group meet ups & Voice of the Customer (VoC) forums to better understand our clients and act as an advocate of the customer
  • Help to upskill colleagues through product training & 'lunch & learn' style engagements
  • Position requires travel (approximately 20% to 40% of your time)
  • Undergraduate/firstlevel degree (e.g., Bachelor's degree) required, with coursework in business, economics, finance, marketing or related fields.
  • A Moody's employee at this level would typically have 23+ years' experience working in direct businesstobusiness client facing roles with experience within a SaaS, commercial data, analytics, regulatory or finance industry.
  • Solid understanding of complex business concepts and processes, particularly in the area of regulatory compliance, supplier and credit risk use cases.
  • Ability to present highlevel information as well as detailed demonstrations of products & services.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and high attention to detail.
