    This is a challenging opportunity for a Delivery Manager to lead and inspire a team in achieving performance targets, prioritizing stock processing, and maintaining stockroom organization standards. The role requires managing a team, supporting operational activities, motivating staff, and continuously improving stockroom processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a team to deliver stock processing and stockroom organization efficiently and safely.
    • Collaborate with sales floors and store management to achieve mutual goals.
    • Create a motivating environment to drive high performance from the team.
    • Identify issues and implement solutions to improve stockroom processes.
    • Maintain optimal stock presentation and availability for customers.

    About You:

    • You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading teams, and driving business results.
    • You are a results-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, able to adapt and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • You possess excellent communication skills, remaining calm under pressure and approachable to all stakeholders.
    • You are a problem solver with the confidence to challenge processes and innovate, driving continuous improvement.
    • You have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
    • A background in productivity targets or similar experience is desirable but not essential.
