**Customer Service Advisor

  • Start Date 9th January**Full Time/Permanent

Salary:
£22, % annual bonus


Hours: 37.5 hours per week - _
Rotational Shift Pattern between 7am and 2am_


Location:
Newcastle-Under-Lyme


Role:


  • Acting as first point of contact for customers
  • Keep uptodate with all products and promotional offerings
  • Take ownership of escalations
  • Manage all tasks within a timely manner
  • Working towards KPI's
  • Working with other members of the team
  • Aim to resolve any issues first time

Salary:
£22,770.00-£25,047.00 per year
