**Customer Service Advisor- Start Date 9th January**Full Time/Permanent
Salary:
£22, % annual bonus
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - _
Rotational Shift Pattern between 7am and 2am_
Location:
Newcastle-Under-Lyme
Role:
- Acting as first point of contact for customers
- Keep uptodate with all products and promotional offerings
- Take ownership of escalations
- Manage all tasks within a timely manner
- Working towards KPI's
- Working with other members of the team
- Aim to resolve any issues first time
