The Deputy Head of School is a new role, which offers the post holder opportunity to contribute to the success of the school.

The role will initially focus on academic quality and working with the Head of School and staff creating a collegiate culture which emphasises growth and success of staff and students.

The post holder will be pivotal in implementing and operationalising an innovative school level quality and governance structure, actively supporting staff in the change process and be responsible for the academic and PSRB quality of the school's provision.

You will work with the Head of School, and other Associate Professors to ensure that staff have a meaningful work experience and career development, and are equipped to deliver an exceptional, research informed student experience.

The role will have line management responsibilities, and will provide leadership for academic planning, workload and improvement projects within the school.

As part of this role, you will be supported to complete the Bradford Academic Programme, progress your career in either teaching & learning, enterprise and/ or research, working towards your professorial title and act as a role model for staff within the school.
