Key Responsibilities:

Canvassing for New Business: Proactively seek out new business opportunities by canvassing potential clients, including property owners, investors, and developers. Identify leads, cultivate relationships, and promote Gibson & Brennan's services to generate new appraisal assignments and listings.

Property Valuations: Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of properties to determine their market value. Utilise a variety of appraisal methods, including comparative market analysis, income approach, and cost approach, to accurately value properties.

Market Research: Stay updated on local market trends, economic indicators, and property values. Analyse data and market reports to make informed decisions regarding property valuations.

Client Consultation: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and objectives. Provide professional advice and recommendations based on property valuations, market conditions, and industry best practices.

Report Preparation: Prepare detailed valuation reports documenting property characteristics, market analysis, appraisal methodology, and final valuation conclusions. Ensure reports are accurate, comprehensive, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.

Negotiation Support: Collaborate with clients, buyer and estate agents to facilitate negotiations and transactions. Provide support and guidance throughout the negotiation process to achieve favourable outcomes for clients.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service and personalised attention. Act as a trusted advisor and resource for clients seeking expert guidance on property valuation matters.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
