Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Take calls to support scheduling activities and assist in court bookings and payments.
- Print and distribute Local HR letters.
- Support schedulers with court bookings and payments.
- Compile and send locksmith/thirdparty bookings.
- Provide business updates via SMS to Field Debt Solutions, including Authorization SMS.
- Monitor the Scheduler mailbox and respond to any local court requests.
- Complete word templates for various administrative purposes.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Selfmotivated with the ability to handle high volumes of tasks without compromising quality.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High attention to detail, consistently producing accurate work of a high standard.
- Ability to prioritize workload and work efficiently within tight deadlines.
- Naturally positive attitude and a proactive problem solver.
- Computer literacy (proficient in Windows, Word, Excel) and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and customersensitive data.
