Key Responsibilities:


  • Take calls to support scheduling activities and assist in court bookings and payments.
  • Print and distribute Local HR letters.
  • Support schedulers with court bookings and payments.
  • Compile and send locksmith/thirdparty bookings.
  • Provide business updates via SMS to Field Debt Solutions, including Authorization SMS.
  • Monitor the Scheduler mailbox and respond to any local court requests.
  • Complete word templates for various administrative purposes.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Selfmotivated with the ability to handle high volumes of tasks without compromising quality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High attention to detail, consistently producing accurate work of a high standard.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work efficiently within tight deadlines.
  • Naturally positive attitude and a proactive problem solver.
  • Computer literacy (proficient in Windows, Word, Excel) and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and customersensitive data.
