Crem Recruitment has been appointed to recruit for a key business within the manufacturing industry to facilitate their busy operation.


Our client, who are a well-recognised manufacturing company is looking to recruit an Assembly Operator to work at their busy factory based on the outskirts of Newmarket.


Duties will include:

  • Carry out final assembly work using relevant assembly documentation whilst observing all necessary Health and Safety regulations.
  • The Assembly Test Procedure must be used as the work instruction document and Standard operating procedures must be always followed.
  • Using hand tools and reading assembly instructions.
  • Working on basic assembly drawings.
  • Carry out tasks as delegated by their management team.

Hours and Pay:

  • Flexible working days. Monday
  • Friday or Monday
  • Thursday.
  • 37 hours per week.
  • Salary K depending on experience paid weekly.
  • 2 x 15 minute paid breaks a day + 1 x 30minute unpaid lunch break.
