Duties:


  • Analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project completion
  • Conduct regular checkins with clients to assess their needs and provide ongoing support
  • Prepare and deliver reports on client activity, performance, and satisfaction

Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in a clientfacing role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £23,214.36 per year
