- Analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project completion
- Conduct regular checkins with clients to assess their needs and provide ongoing support
- Prepare and deliver reports on client activity, performance, and satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a clientfacing role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills
Job Types:

From £23,214.36 per year
