Key responsibilities:

Facilitate key Scrum events and regular team health checks
Promote, encourage and embed Agile principles within the team and organisation
Bring Agile resistors along the journey towards true Agility and embrace their feedback
Ensure valuedriven delivery, defining value within your team's context and coaching them in how to break work down to achieve the most value
Ruthlessly tackle impediments thinking outside the box welcomed
Help teams to mature in their Agile practices
Foster a safe space for the team to experiment, celebrate success and failure, be candid, and to fail fast
Empower the team to problem solve
Support negotiation and conflict resolution
Foster positive and collaborative relationships across teams and organisations
Support the Product Owner in prioritisation, backlog grooming, product goals and vision
Facilitate collaboration in remote working teams through technology and innovation and occasional face to face workshops
