Description

As a Youth Recovery Worker, you will join us in helping people recover from mental health problems and develop resilience for the future.

What we are looking for:

Hold a Qualification in Psychology/mental health e.g. BS Psychology, Counselling skills, NVQ Level 3 in Social Care.

Experience of working with people in the mental health profession

Experience of providing support in a 121 setting

Experience of working with people with complex needs who may be difficult to engage

An understanding of mental health difficulties, including the role of crisis support

Experience of working with people who have a diagnosis of a personality disorder
