Description

As an Electrical Site Supervisor you will be responsible for the smooth running of the site in all aspects of maintenance, reactive and projects works.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Line Management responsibility for your team of trade engineers ensuring cost efficient delivery of both direct and sub contract employed staff.

Providing guidance, coaching and team leadership to maximise capability.

Overseeing cost efficiency of the contract, alongside management of sub-contractor operations within current legislation. Ensuring works are carried out within MMS and client H&S and Quality policies.

To manage all aspects of process in relation to the contract including H&S and company audits, RA's, MS's, H&S Issues and team briefs.

Working with the MMS Senior Management team to ensure that all Policies and procedures are followed and met at all times.

Required Qualifications:
City and Guilds/NVQ level 3 Electrical qualifications or Apprenticeship

Electrical qualifications.

18th Edition

Desirable Qualifications:
Test and Inspection

First Aid

PASMA

IPAF
IOSH or SMSTS

Normal Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30 with a mandatory 1 in 4 on call rota cover.

Package:
Van, 24 days holiday plus 8 days BG, JIB benefits scheme and pension.
