The Three Horseshoes Comberton are looking for experienced, enthusiastic and motivated staff to join our team.

Combining a traditional pub and pub dining experience with a daytime coffee shop, to create a welcoming space for members of our community and the surrounding areas to come together.

Role specifics

Responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests, helping them find a seat and arrival information.
• Accurately taking food and drink orders, whilst recommending products to complement their requests.
• Working behind the bar, preparing drinks and some food to a high standard.
• Serving food to tables and checking to make sure the food meets expectations.
• Upkeep and cleanliness of the bar and restaurant area, to be maintained to a high standard throughout shifts.
• Ensuring excellent attention to detail, and high standards, are maintained at all times.
• Support entertainment and ordering activities.
• Responsibility to open or closeup the Three Horseshoes and being the only member of staff in the building at times.

• Experience of work in a bar or restaurant (preferred) or other customer facing role
• Excellent customer service and organisational skills
• Friendly and approachable personality

Terms and Conditions

• Salary: £11.00 per hour
• Working Hours: various hours available, please request further details. Roles are likely to involve working some evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Benefits: meal on shift; onsite parking
• Physical setting: bar; kitchen.
• Ability to commute: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
