Description

An opportunity is available for a site manager to join a growing and progressing building firm, operating in the North East of Scotland.

This role would be suited to someone in the Dundee/Angus/Perthshire areas.

You will take responsibility for the full operational running of building sites, managing and coordinating employed trades and labour, as well as sub-contractors.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial new builds and renovations, as well as bespoke new build one off homes.

A full UK drivers licence, as well as SMSTS & First Aid is required.
On offer is a salary circa £50,000 + company vehicle or car allowance.
