Description
We are recruiting for an Internal Sales person, on behalf of a well-established Electrical Wholesaler based local to Hatfield.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain successful partnerships with customers, colleagues and suppliers and focus on the achievement of longterm customer loyalty
  • Consistently generate profitable sales for the branch, via the telephone by effectively using a range of techniques and resources
  • Proactive telephone sales, contacting potential new customers
  • Manage customer queries in relation to invoices, orders or stock
  • Collaborating with customers, colleagues and suppliers by supporting with promotions, sales events, supplier days and new product launches

Experience / Skills:


  • Electrical Wholesale experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Proactive
  • Team player
