Description
We are recruiting for an Internal Sales person, on behalf of a well-established Electrical Wholesaler based local to Hatfield.Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain successful partnerships with customers, colleagues and suppliers and focus on the achievement of longterm customer loyalty
- Consistently generate profitable sales for the branch, via the telephone by effectively using a range of techniques and resources
- Proactive telephone sales, contacting potential new customers
- Manage customer queries in relation to invoices, orders or stock
- Collaborating with customers, colleagues and suppliers by supporting with promotions, sales events, supplier days and new product launches
Experience / Skills:
- Electrical Wholesale experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Proactive
- Team player
