Arc is an industry leading and award winning CCTV Operating and Alarm Receiving Centre. We monitor sites accross the UK from our recently refurbished, high spec, busy, control room.


What we expect from our Control Room Team Leaders

  • Communicating goals and dealines to team members.
  • Planning workloads and delegating tasks.
  • Creating a productive work environment of the team using delegation, trust and other appropriate stratergies.
  • Assessing team performance and providing feedback to employees
  • Assisting with hiring and training employees.
  • Assisiting with daily operations. (Monitoring CCTV, call handling, alarm handling)
  • Providing teams with information about recent developments, programmes and policy changes of management.
  • Leadership skills

  • Interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experienced in training.
Desired

  • Previous experience in working within the security sector
  • Previous experience in working for a control room/contact centre environment
  • Hold an SIA Front line CCTV Licence.


You will be overseeing a team of night shift workers to support and motivate, in order for tasks to be completed efficiently.

You will provide daily objectives and develop systems for productivity that motivate all staff and communciate any issues with management to reach business goals effectively.

Working 12 hour shifts | 4 Nights on - 4 Nights off | 20:00 - 08:00


Screening & Training
If successful you will attend a course to obtain the SIA CCTV qualification (If not already held). Courses run between 08:00 - 18:00 for 3 consecutive days. All training will be provided and paid for by the company.


You will also be required to attend a minimum of 20 hours training in house, typically between the hours of 08:00 - 20:00, however these hours can be adjusted to suit individual needs.


What can you expect from us

There is a good salary to look forward to as well as 240 hours (or 20 shifts), holiday allowance each year.

Enhanced rates for public holidays.

We offer a double hourly rate during bank holidays and triple pay during Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Birthday Bonus. £50 bonus paid in the month of your birthday.

Pizza Fridays on the last Friday of the month.

As a CCTV operator, there will be occassions where you will be reporting on criminal activity.

We offer a £35 bonus to you should you successfully view a crime and forward the information onto the Emergency Services who subsequently make an arrest.
