We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join a specialist manufacturing organisation, this is an excellent opportunity to join them during a period of growth.

If you have some experience leading a team, or have aspirations to become a Team Leader this could be the perfect role for you.

Hours;

  • Monday to Thursday 6am 3pm
  • Friday 6am 11am
Hourly rate;
- £14.16 per hour + 50p Attendance Bonus per hour (up to £30k salary)

Duties;

  • Leading and supporting a team of 510 Production Operatives
  • Fault finding and reporting issues, such as quality, to the Manufacturing Manager
  • Operation of machinery and setting up machinery where required
  • Other duties as needed within production
