French Customer Service AdvisorLocated - Hammersmith, London
Hourly pay rate - £16.50-£17.50 per hour
Duration - 2 month temporary assignment
Hours - Monday to Friday 9am-5pm - 35 Hours per week
Office based
French Customer Service Advisor duties:
- Accurate order entry ensuring no discrepancies with purchase orders
- Arrange collection by appropriate carrier, completing the appropriate paperwork
- Dealing with quota of Key Accounts (allocated by Customer Service Manager).
- Ensuring specific customer requirements are adhered to and maintain regular contact to inform them of relevant and current information.
- Preparing and sending customer invoices
- Overall responsibility for French orders
- Order processing on French Exchequer
- Order processing on UK Exchequer
- Adding contacts on Salesforce
- Basic quotes for standard products only
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and fluent in French
- Ability to adapt to changing workloads
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to use initiative
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
