French Customer Service Advisor

Located - Hammersmith, London

Hourly pay rate - £16.50-£17.50 per hour

Duration - 2 month temporary assignment

Hours - Monday to Friday 9am-5pm - 35 Hours per week

Office based


French Customer Service Advisor duties:

  • Accurate order entry ensuring no discrepancies with purchase orders
  • Arrange collection by appropriate carrier, completing the appropriate paperwork
  • Dealing with quota of Key Accounts (allocated by Customer Service Manager).
  • Ensuring specific customer requirements are adhered to and maintain regular contact to inform them of relevant and current information.
  • Preparing and sending customer invoices
  • Overall responsibility for French orders
  • Order processing on French Exchequer
  • Order processing on UK Exchequer
  • Adding contacts on Salesforce
  • Basic quotes for standard products only

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and fluent in French
