Recruitment Consultant and Sales Professional - Languages Sector

Salary:
Competitive basic plus strong earning potential in commission (comms will take 6 months + hit)

Location:
Fully remote in Yorkshire and the Humber. Ideally easy distance to travel to Leeds or Grimsby on occasion

BonBon Languages are hiring for a Recruitment Specialist to join our successful, friendly language recruitment business, focusing on matching German and French speakers with business job roles.

Role Profile

Undertaking a heavy amount of training during this period
Friday afternoons will be classroom based
Generating new clients for the business via outbound activity, after 3 to 6 months
Researching and finding contact details for new potential clients
Attending virtual client meetings over MS Teams, and taking high quality job briefs
Producing high quality job specifications
Managing and negotiating the offer and placement process
Providing a quality aftercare service

The person we're looking for

A willingness to undertake a huge amount of training this job is surprisingly learning heavy
If you have enjoyed studying and enjoyed academic learning, you will do similar study here
Being a people person who knows how to talk to people is a must. We call it 'emotionally intelligent'
Able to see yourself pushing out of your comfort zone making calls to new clients after training
Someone who genuinely wants to build a career in a busy sector, where the job is fast paced
Someone who never likes to be bored
Naturally organised in nature, and able to follow instructions
