Conveyancing Assistant

City Point, Leeds


Our client is a 30 partner, award winning law firm providing a full range of advice and services to clients.

You'll be joining a busy and successful Residential Property, Conveyancing team.


The team


The highly successful Residential Conveyancing team deal with complex buy-to-let work and are members of a number of closed panels for limited company buy to let work.

Their clients include Aldermore Bank, Fleet Mortgages (part of Starling Bank), and Precise Mortgages to name a few.


As a Conveyancing Assistant you will provide all round support to the Fee Earners within the team and help drive forward matters to completion.


What they are looking for
Though experience within conveyancing would be ideal, what is essential is that you will be a proactive and client-focussed team player, and will also be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Initiative and evidence of working proactively
  • An eye for detail
  • The ability to organise and prioritise your workload effectively
  • A commercial understanding and outlook
