As a Junior property manager you will assist property maintenance, client relations, and tenant management.

JOB ROLE:

  • Administration duties
  • Assisting with the Day to Day maintenance of the portfolio
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Assisting with arranging and monitoring works and repairs
  • Preparing and reviewing quotations to present to clients
  • Exemplary relationship building
