What are we looking for?

We are currently on the search for a new Cash Management Assistant to join the team based at our Offices in Trafford Park, Manchester.

We really want to find someone who has excellent communication skills are all levels, takes pride in their ability to deliver outstanding customer service and has impeccable attention to detail.

Having the ability to hand multiple tasks and prioritise workload in a target driven environment will really help you to be a success within the credit control team here at Peel.

But, most importantly, we really want you to be a team player, someone who goers above and beyond to help their colleagues.

What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for Posting Bad Debt Provisions and Write Offs, raising recharge invoices invoice and reconciling at the end of each quarter and ensuring the Direct debits for tenants are created, maintained, and processed

Along with:

Daily uploading tenant Direct Debit details into DD Management System to enable DD collection
Running daily reports on DD Management system for any unpaid items and bank account changes
Processing of tenant Direct Debit batches on MRI
Scanning of all CM Batches
Processing of the weekly invoice batch for sundry invoices
Processing of Utility meter readings and invoicing tenants
Input of new lease forms
Input of rent review forms
Input of termination forms
Input of lease amendment forms
Raising ad hoc sales invoices and credit notes
Assisting tenants with any queries
Reviewing and maintaining the current open batches within MRI
