We're looking for enthusiastic Sales Coordinator with a real drive, passion and knowledge of the fitness industry and landscape in London.
We want to ensure we are setting up our new and prospective members with the greatest success from the moment they first interact with us as a brand.
We want to truly understand their goals, motivations, and reasons for joining a club like ours.
You must be a positive, proactive, and self-motivated individual who can generate new leads and reach above and beyond sales targets.
You will be the public face of the club, helping to identify prospects, selling them the brand and ultimately signing them up as members.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting sales calls and booking in gym tours with prospective members. Always ensuring your approach is tailored to fit their individual needs.
- Together with the team you will speak openly about our membership options and products that we offer. You maximise sales with your approach to tours, and the training you conduct with your team.
- Together with the General Manager you develop strategies and targets to recruit and retain members.
- You plan and support with promotional/ club events, with a view of recruiting and generating leads. Working closely with management.
- Establish and maintaining relationships of existing members in the club, but also potential members.
- You regularly take time out of the club for acquisition with local companies.
- You are the first point of contact of the brand, for our members and committed to being a brand ambassador for Hybrid Fitness.
- You will use help in the retention of current members and where possible offer assistance to members who have lost track of their fitness journey.
YOUR QUAILIFICATIONS
- You're interested in a career in Sales, Fitness or Gym Management
- You're selfdriven, very motivated with sales and targets, and enjoy working in an environment where no day is the same
- You have a proven track record in a sales environment
- You have past experience as a team leader or in a similar role
- You have great time management skills, and are incredibly well organised, always maintaining a diligent attention to detail
- You're an exceptional problem solver, and take a handson approach to understanding our members and growing our business
- You have a friendly and approachable manner, allowing you to build and establish relationships with members

From £24,500.00 per year
