YOUR ROLE:


  • Join Henkel's Consumer Brands Supply Operations team as a Graduate Supply Operations Assistant.
  • You will collaborate across Demand Planning, Customer Logistics, Customer Service and Supply Planning.
  • You will gather indepth insights to identify and implement improvement projects, such as service level performance, forecast accuracy, and inventory.
  • You will make an impact by playing a key role in Supply Operations projects.
  • Maintain Management Dashboards while supporting the underlying SAP systems.
  • Develop, network and build relationships with the Supply Chain Operations team.
  • To gather indepth insights into managing a multidimensional global FMCG company.

YOUR SKILLS:


  • You should graduate (before September 2024 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or any related field
  • Enthusiasm for FMCG and Supply Operations
  • Strong IT skills; excellent knowledge of MS Office tools especially Excel
  • SAP is an advantage
  • A data driven mind with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be a proactive team member
  • Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organisation and communication skills
  • An enthusiastic, dynamic and creative teamplayer thinking in solutions
