Description

Lianhetech are looking for two Construction Supervisors - one with a SIPs bias and one with a Construction bias, to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of scopes across all construction trades within the site, across multiple projects.

The Construction Supervisor - SIPs bias will validate SIPs quotes and valuations and be responsible for quality control and sign-ff within all SIPs scopes, whilst ensuring best practices are being maintained and the execution of the SIPs contracts.

The Construction Supervisor - Construction bias will ensure all SIMOPs, safety and quality is maintained, executing timelines that meet the business requirements as client status, whilst managing the work of Engineering Services to ensure compliance to standards and all pertinent specification requirements.

You'll monitor contractor workload and specific project progress in conjunction with the Construction Manager and ensure daily project progress reports and diaries are kept up to date.
