We have an exciting opportunity for Inside Sales Representative's to join Quality Endodontic Distributors Limited (Q.E.D Ltd.) in Peterborough. We are a well-established Dental supply company founded in 1989.


Responsibilities & duties

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and generate new leads.
• Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services
• Maintaining and improving the database of prospects
• Researching for new leads
• Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
• Upselling products and services
• Knowledge and experience of ERP systems, we use SAP B
• Knowledge and experience of CRM systems, we use Salesi
• Excellent communicator
• Be able to build successful business relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Have demonstrable customer service experience.
• Be able to work to deadlines.

Relevant product training will be provided

Q.E.D Ltd. Benefits
- £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
