My client a leading top 100, full service law firm, has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious 2+ years PQE Solicitor to join their dedicated Contested Wills, Trusts and Estates team, in their centrally located Southampton offices.

The department advisesacross the whole range of estate and inheritance disputes for clients across England & Wales and internationally and is ranked tier 1 in the Legal 500.

The role will see you work with close support, on the full range of contested will, trust and estate workincluding Will disputes, Inheritance Act Claims, Probate & Estate Disputes, Trust Disputes, including Cross-border estate and offshore trust disputes amongst other areas for clients including professional executors, trust corporations, charities and financialinstitutions.

Alongside fee earning responsibilities you will work closely with a Partner to develop the team's marketing strategy in Hampshire and have the opportunity to work with other members of the team from their network of offices.

To be successfulyou will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work well in a team and will either have, or be working towards, the ACTAPS diploma.
