ProAcademy's Progression Stages

Stage 1:
Sales Development - Learn

Stage 2:
Leadership - Teach & Manage

Stage 3:
Business Owner

Stage 1:
Every business owner must learn how to sell face to face. If you want to close deals with clients, you must understand the fundamentals of sales.

Our hardcore sales development programme will allow you to be closing your first sale within the first few days starting with us.

Our dedicated leaders will be there for you every step of the way, mentoring you through the programme so that you can become a consistent high scorer and advance to stage 2.

Stage 2:
Now comes the exciting part... Once you have met the stage 2 promotion criteria, you will begin to train new employees.

By reaching stage 2, you will be a sales expert, able to teach your skills to others, and every new start-up you train will join your ecosystem.

You will now also be paid whenever a member of your ecosystem secures a sale Because people are now working for you, this is the beginning of your business.

Stage 3:
Once your ecosystem has reached the required total number of sales, you will move on to stage 3.

This is when we give you the opportunity to put everything you've learned in our business development programme to use and open your own sales office from the ground up.

You can choose to grow it from a 20-person team to a 150-person team by integrating our systems and investment...
