Flexible / Hybrid working options negotiable, travel is required as part of the role


Permanent, full-time position:37.5hours


Salary range:
£25,800 - £32,300

Role Overview


As a learning consultant you will design and deliver high quality learning and all necessary supporting materials in adherence to the internal learning framework across Insurance.

You will be involved in facilitating our inductions both online and in person to groups of up to 15 people.

You will also be involved in project delivery.


What you'll do:


  • Utilise blended learning solutions when designing and delivering learning.
  • Establish clear and objective evaluation criteria and learning outcomes for each learning intervention, in consultation with relevant stakeholders
  • Be an advocate of new ways of working within the learning team
  • Share learning outcomes with key stakeholders inc. the Insight and Governance Manager, identifying future improvements and requirements

What you'll bring:


  • Welldeveloped use of Microsoft software packages principally MS Office, Visio etc
  • Effective coaching skills
  • Experience of project management and using related tools
  • Experience in implementing learning evaluation
  • Highly developed planning and organisational abilities and a selfstarter
