Anderson Knight is recruiting for a Service Desk Coordinator for a well-established company based in Glasgow.
The role is to organise and prioritise engineer's workload and to assist the Services Manager in achieving the company KPI targets.
Main duties and responsibilities are:
- Organise the workload of the team.
- Assist on the delivery of customer KPI's to ensure that targets are met.
- Assist in assuring the team follow established procedures and quality standards.
- Asses the needs of customers and engineers to ensure balance is maintained in a busy environment.
- Alert the Services Manager on issues and assist as required in the resolution of such matters.
- Work with engineering and Maintenance staff to ensure workload is completed and PPMs scheduled and actioned.
- Monitor and organise day to day performance of engineering team and ensure schedules and rotas are in place and communicated.
- Coordinate spares and parts procurement and scheduling of fitting.
Key attributes and skills:
- Extensive administration knowledge on Excel and Microsoft packages.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Experience in the service industry is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to build great rapport with customers and team members.

£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
